"I can’t thank Jeff and his team enough for walking me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed from the hail damage. It was super easy! Then came the roof damage of my home from the hail. The claims adjuster wasn’t very friendly but Jeff fought for me and the claim. Then a second adjuster looked at pictures of my roof and was very rude towards me but once again Jeff fought for me and my claim. He didn’t stop until the claim was completely handled and closed! I love how hard Jeff and his team at State Farm didn’t stop no matter the road blocks until the job was done! "Still somewhat disappointed in this office, Jeff Bohms, State Farm in Middleville: customer service, help, attention to detail, follow up and communication. I won't go into details, but after a couple weeks of frustration, they let us down and we ended up having to pay a claim that should have been covered 100%. It took a bit on our part, but State Farm did finally reimburse us. The fact is customer satisfaction can make the difference between acquiring or retaining satisfied customers. (...edited review)"

"I have been with this branch of state farm for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say. My time as a customer has been stress free as they take care of everything. In my time here I have had an accident that was taken care of with out hesitation, my rates did not change. I have actually had them call me to help me lower my rates. This branch is definitely out to help their customers save as much as possible by going above beyond what expected of them. I have recently moved to another state, this office has transfered me to a local state agent in my new area, I have not had to do anything they did it all. "I've been with State Farm and the Middleville office specifically since I was 16 years old - I'm now pushing 40. When I was calling around to get insurance for my first car, as a young kid, State Farm was the only insurance company that didn't try to screw me over. I had some of them (Progressive, Geico, etc.) quote me ridiculously high prices ($6,000/year at the time) and when I asked, one agent from one of those larger agencies flat out said "The quote is this high because they don't want to insure you since you're a teenage male." I guess discrimination is totally legal as long as it's against young people? State Farm - this office specifically - provided a realistic rate based on actual risk factors and didn't try to box me out. Now, I currently insure a house, 3 cars, 3 motorcycles, and an ATV with State Farm. Everything else will go through them in the future as well, as long as they keep providing the excellent service I've come to know over the past 20+ years. I constantly get stuff in the mail from other agencies now that I'm an adult with a clean driving record, and that mail goes right in the trash. I don't care if they'd save me a few bucks a month. A message to those places - if you try to screw me when I'm young, don't try to solicit me when I'm older. (Plus Progressive has the most annoying commercials ever... that doesn't help either.) I've only had to make a couple claims in my life (both deer related) and State Farm was excellent with that whole process both times. Diane at the Middleville location is especially awesome. I change vehicles like I change my clothes and she's always so nice to talk to."
